Pool is opening!

Surprise! We didn't think we were going to be able to open the pool this year, but we did end up managing it. Thanks to all who lent support both time and money to make it happen.

Starting May 30th Pool members can start using the pool. At the Spring SRAA meeting everyone present agreed to return the paying $400 for full membership including pool. Monica Little has pool keys for you if you're paid up and need one. No life guard on duty. Swim at own risk.

Some bullet points from our pool chairs:

  • After much negotiation, the pool opened 5/30.
  • Members voted to return dues to $400.
  • Key Pick up dates are: 6/4, 6/18, 6/25 at the pool 6:00 to 8:00 PM

Mary Koponen Resigns

Mary Koponen has resigned as Office-at-large. Also, Mary has announced she will resign as front entrance chair effective Jan. 1 2009.

You should have received a fund raiser flyer. Click to See flyer on-line right now

At the Oct. 19 homeowner's assoc. meeting, it was suggested we host fundraisers to pay for front entrance expenses, (since only 60 out of 225 homes sent a contribution in 2008).

Please check for a flier with hand care samples attached Nov. 1 and 2. A Mary Kay salesperson is generously donating 40% of all sales of the Satin Hands Kit, which includes 3 hand care products for $30 (of which $12 will go directly towards our front entrance fund). Attached is the flier.

Please do your Christmas shopping for that special someone even if it is yourself, AND help the subdivision front entrance fund.
